Adriana Dakin
 is Director of ImaginePod and Vice President of Research and Strategy with Fission Strategy.

In addition to working with clients in online marketing for social causes, Adriana serves on the board of Young Women Social Entrepreneurs to propel women in social innovation globally.

Adriana received her graduate degree in public policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, focusing in leadership, negotiation, and international security policy, and has worked and studied in countries such as Kazakhstan, Russia, Guatemala, India and China. During her graduate studies, Adriana mediated in small claims courts with the Harvard Mediation Program and served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the Kennedy School Review. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University, earning honors in History and Phi Beta Kappa.

Adriana is an avid potter and photographer, and loves being outdoors. She grew up in San Francisco and lives in northern California with her family.

Ilena Pegan is a New Media Associate at ImaginePod and a student at Bryn Mawr College. Ilena has a special interest in web development, arts, marketing, design and social good projects. Throughout her career there has been an on-going involvement with social entrepreneurship.

For her undergraduate degree, she is studying Chinese, Computer Science, Geology and Environmental Science. Starting in junior high she helped organize a pen pal club to connect students with children from all over the world. In high school she raised funding for African children’s relief and education for women and girls in Uganda.

On the entrepreneurial side, Ilena owns a small business on Etsy that sells customized shoes and other crafty items. She also vlogs her music on a monthly basis, playing the Pipa, Guitar and vocal cords.
